ON/OFF Controllers

EV6 is a range of 1- and 2-step temperature controllers used for management of cold rooms.

They are available in compact version, in the standard size 3 DIN modules; the user interface consists of a custom display (with decimal point and function icons), three keys and guarantees an IP54 protection rating, for easy cleaning.

Some controllers have a 16 res. A @ 250 VAC electromechanical relay for the direct control of middle power compressors (causing it to switch off) if the condenser temperature is outside an allowed range.

Installation is on DIN rail, into a control pane

The EV3 400 range of controllers are designed for all industrial environments in which precise temperature control is of vital importance.
The multi-sensor analogue input makes it ideal for various production processes.

These controllers have up to 3 digital outputs and 1 analogue output whose signal can be a function of regulation rather than proportional to the value detected by the analogue input. Control can be either on-off or PID (with auto-tuning). 

The external EVlink module with Bluetooth BLE connectivity enables access from an Android smartphone with the EVconnect app, making possible configuration, download and exchange of data and parameter maps.

The format is the standard 74 x 32 mm, the keys are capacitive, and the front has a continuous surface with IP65 protection.

(2) not available if the analogue input is configured for Pt 100/Pt 1000/Ni 120 3 wires.
